Registered Nurse (RN) – Neurology Clinic Location : Helena, Montana Setting : Outpatient / Ambulatory Clinic Overview : The Staff Pad has partnered with a healthcare organization in Helena, Montana, that is committed to setting the gold standard in patient-centered care. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Neurology Clinic team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality clinical care, patient education, and care coordination within a collaborative outpatient environment. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while serving as an essential resource for both patients and providers. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing ambulatory care setting. Key Responsibilities : Perform patient intake, obtain vital signs, reconcile medications, and document all clinical data accurately in the EHR. Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and minor procedures. Administer medications, vaccines, injections, and perform procedures such as wound care, IV therapy, and EKGs. Triage patient symptoms and concerns both in-person and via phone, using established protocols and critical thinking. Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, treatment plans, and preventive care. Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care. Maintain exam room readiness, manage referrals, prior authorizations, and coordinate diagnostic testing as needed. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with accreditation standards. Qualifications : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current Montana RN license and BLS certification required. MoCA Certification required within 3 months of hire. Specialty certification in Nursing or Ambulatory Care preferred. Previous ambulatory or outpatient experience preferred; proficiency in EHR systems required. Strong communication, organizational, and patient advocacy skills. PandoLogic.
