Event Marketing Lead

Bridge is seeking an extremely creative and metrics-driven Event Marketing Lead to build, execute, and scale our event strategy. You'll be responsible for shaping and executing the Bridge events portfolioinclusive of industry conference activations, hosted first-party events, virtual events, and community events. This role will consist of a mix of creative work and growth-minded thinking : we're looking for someone who can dream up creative experiences, manage the logistics to bring them to life, and ensure they fuel our overall growth strategy.

About the Role

Build, scale, and own Bridge's event program, spanning industry conference activations, hosted first-party events, virtual events, and community events.

Lead Bridge's presence at major industry events, including activation strategy, booth assembly, speaking opportunities, and pre / post-event engagement in partnership with Sales.

Develop creative event concepts and pay extreme attention to detail.

Create experiences that surprise and delight attendees, and reinforce Bridge's reputation as a leader and innovator in the stablecoin infrastructure space.

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets for all events.

Partner with GTM, Product, and Executive leadership to align events with Bridge's all-up marketing strategy, ensuring seamless integration into broader campaigns and GTM initiatives.

Measure event ROI and impact, tracking key results and shipping post-event reports with recommendations for future improvements.

Serve as the onsite lead at events, ensuring flawless execution of all activations.

Qualifications

48 years of experience in event marketing or field marketing roles with a focus on B2B.

Proven ability to own complex live-event projects end-to-end, with an exceptional eye for detail and creative thinking.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - you know how to keep stakeholders aligned across teams.

Ability to transform creative concepts into memorable experiences through operational excellence.

Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot / Salesforce)

Comfort with fast-paced, high-growth, high-intensity environments with shifting priorities.

Experience in web3 and fintech, with an understanding of how to run events built for these audiences.

Willingness to travel ~50% of the time, including internationally.
