Job description

Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the marketing efforts for our analytical trading tool. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the marketing funnel, implementing pricing strategies, and conducting A / B testing to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Optimize Marketing Funnel : Analyze the marketing funnel from acquisition to conversion, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates at each stage. Suggest new marketing channels and strategies.
  • Price Optimization : Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to determine optimal pricing strategies. Test different pricing models and iterate based on performance metrics to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • A / B Testing : Plan, execute, and analyze A / B tests across various marketing channels, messaging, pricing structures, and promotional offers. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Content Development : Collaborate with the content marketing team to create compelling and informative content tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey. Develop product messaging, value propositions, and sales collateral to effectively communicate the benefits of the analytical trading tool.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product development, sales, customer support, and other internal teams to align marketing initiatives with product roadmap, sales objectives, and customer feedback. Provide insights and recommendations to inform product enhancements and feature prioritization.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user acquisition, conversion rates, churn rate, customer lifetime value (CLV), and revenue attribution. Generate regular reports to track progress against goals and identify opportunities for optimization.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field;
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in product marketing or related roles, preferably in the finance, trading, or technology industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in A / B testing methodologies, marketing automation tools, and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
