Your Role :
- Drive and manage affiliate marketing programs alongside agency partners, ensuring campaigns are performance-focused and aligned with growth goals.
- Oversee paid search strategy and execution on platforms like Google Ads and Bing, continuously improving targeting, bidding, and ad copy.
- Manage affiliate network operations including invoicing, budget tracking, and partner evaluations.
- Analyze campaign data rigorously, identify trends, test innovations, and optimize for maximum return on ad spend.
- Maintain smooth and effective communication with agencies and collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Who You Are :
Experienced in managing affiliate marketing programs (e.g., Rakuten or similar networks) and paid search campaigns through agency collaboration.Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools like Google Analytics, Excel / Sheets, and experience with attribution modeling.Detail-oriented with excellent skills in budget management and invoice reconciliation.Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapts well to changing priorities.Based locally or willing to work in a hybrid environment with in-person collaboration several days per week.If you are ready to take ownership of key marketing channels and drive impactful growth, apply today to start making a difference in a dynamic ecommerce environment!
