Associate Director, Business Systems and Transformation - Sap Ariba and Business Network

RTX has an opening for an Associate Director, Business Systems and Transformation position. We are seeking an experienced leader with experience transforming and modernizing organizations. Supply chain, SAP Ariba, and SAP Business Network experience is desired. You will lead the business team in the design, configuration, and implementation of an enterprise-grade procurement and supplier management system for a major defense organization. The ideal candidate will lead the business team while partnering closely with the Digital Technology team, ensuring that SAP Ariba solutions align with corporate procurement strategy, compliance mandates, and mission-critical supply chain needs.

What You Will Do :

• Lead the end-to-end transformation of the Supply Chain moving away from a variety of heritage processes and systems and towards a consolidated future state set of processes and SAP Ariba and Business Network system.
• Lead the effort to drive to new standard process and system usage across the enterprise.
• Work closely with technical teams, partners, and business units.
• Support testing, data migration, and deployment activities across multiple business units.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
