Job description

AdventHealth Medical Group in Sebring is seeking to employ a dynamic APRN / PA to join our thriving and robust Urology Team. If you are passionate about providing the highest quality whole-person care in a collaborative environment where patients, staff and colleagues value and respect your expertise and ideas, we'd love to speak with you.

Team comprised of 2 Urologists with offices in Sebring and Lake Placid. Work autonomously with solid patient volumes and a variety of duties.

Ideal candidate should expect :

  • Clinic based position : Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm Fri 8am-12pm

Procedures / Clinic Duties :

  • Follow ups / Consults
  • Cath changes
  • Voiding trials
  • Bladder irrigation
  • SP cath changes
  • Pessary changes
  • Urodynamics
  • PTNS
  • Interstim reprogramming
  • Handling Inbox messaging, administrative duties as required

    • Ideal candidate should have :

  • 2+ years’ experience as APRN / PA in Urology
  • Three years of previous experience as RN preferred
  • Urology experience is a plus but not required.
  • Care for patients using evidence-based medicine with a focus on patient safety and patient satisfaction
  • Ability to perform (or desire to learn) office procedures

    • Education, Licensure, and Certification Required :

  • Master’s degree in nursing (APRN) or
  • Master’s Degree as Physician Assistant
  • BLS, ACLS
  • DEA
  • Florida License (or eligible)
