Requirements  Saint Alphonsus is seeking a locum NP to add to their pool to provide coverage starting as soon as credentialed. Provider must be able to work in 4-5 day stints at a minimum.Schedule : 24 hour call and rounding. Flexibility on scheduling is preferred.EMR : EPIC90 day credentialing timeframeMust be NCC certified.Admits for Level II NICU rounding discharge high risk deliveries intubation UVC lines.Dates of Coverage : Can emergency privilege for available datesSept 21stOct 1st at 0800 to Oct 6th at 0800October 23rdNovember 13thNov 22nd at 0800 to Nov 24th at 0800Nov 26 at 0800 to Nov 28December 25thDecember 31st - Ongoing into 2026

Preferred Lodging : Candlewood Suites Boise – Towne Square an IHG Hotel.Rental Car - To be reimbursed by facility not to be used with personal car / mileage reimbursement. 50 / day cap including all taxes and fees regardless of car class. SUV / upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved will only be approved if needed for inclement weather.Mileage - IRS Standard Rate to be reimbursed by facility only to be used with personal vehicle not to be used with rental car.Bill Rates Needed for Submission : Malpractice must be included in the rates24 Hour On Call 1800 rate cap to include 6 hours gratisHoliday 24 Hour On CallCall Back 240 rate capHoliday Call BackConversion Fee 15k rate cap
