Restaurant Manager Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for all team member performance in assigned department.
  • Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through.
  • Prior experience working in and recruiting from the Boston market.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications :

  • At ease with high guest traffic counts - previous experience working in an establishment that did $7 million-plus in annualized sales.
  • Possesses exceptional craft cocktail and beer knowledge to develop the sales skills of the surrounding team.
  • Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 50+ immediate direct reports.
