AlliedTravelCareers is working with HonorVet Technologies to find a qualified LMSW in Seattle, Washington, 98110!

About The Position

Title : Licensed Social Worker (MSW / LMSW)

Location : Seattle, WA

Duration : 13 weeks (temp-to-perm opportunity)

Shift : Day, 3x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 17 : 00), part-time (24 hrs / week)

Job Responsibilities and Requirements :

Provide social work services in an adult day care program setting, focusing on adults and geriatric populations.

Deliver direct services including one-on-one and group counseling, social issue intervention, and collaboration with interdisciplinary team.

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and contribute to individualized integrated care plans.

Access and coordinate community and financial resources for participants.

Perform some home visits within a local radius (Edmonds to Auburn); travel time during work hours is paid, and mileage is reimbursed.

Maintain documentation and case management in Epic (preferred).

Engage in discharge planning, continuity of care, and advocacy for participants.

High level of autonomy in scheduling home visits.

Required Qualifications :

Master of Social Work (MSW)

BLS certification

Active Washington licensure (LICSW, LSWAIC, or LASW) – temporary licenses accepted

Minimum 2 years’ social work experience, specifically with geriatric populations

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in adult day care or long-term care / nursing home settings

Epic charting experience

Additional Notes :

Open to first-time travelers as well as locals

Role offers potential transition to permanent hire after contract
