The TAX area is responsible for defining the internal standards and tax procedures to be followed in the Zenvia group, regarding the fiscal collection process, tax assessment and reconciliation of taxes to be paid / recovered and the compliance with fiscal and tax regulations in a publicly traded company, ensuring that they are applied according to policy.

You will act end-to-end in the fiscal process, from fiscal receipt, tax assessment to the delivery of accessory obligations, with autonomy to propose improvements, optimize processes and participate in tax innovation and automation projects.

We are looking for a person with a systemic vision, technical curiosity and a collaborative spirit, who wants to build intelligent and sustainable solutions for Zenvia's growth.

Your Challenges to Make a Difference at This Moment

• Responsible for all tax parameterizations in ERP SAP 4HANA and Tax One;
• Assessment and reconciliation of all taxes (direct and indirect);
• Assessment of Lalur current / deferred - Lucro Real;
• Delivery of accessory obligations : SPED Fiscal, EFD Contribuies, DCTFWeb, REINF and ECF;
• Control and analysis of PIS / COFINS credits;
• Elaboration of PERDCOMP and follow-up of tax compensations;
• Follow up on changes in Federal and Municipal legislation (when applicable);
• Responsible for analyses and tax thesis calculations;
• Responsible for the definition of parameterizations and updates of fiscal systems;
• Responsible for support to other business areas regarding systemic impacts;
• Promote improvements and automation in the area's processes;
• Assist in tax planning activities.
