Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper operation of vital plant equipment, including bioreactors, centrifuges, refrigeration equipment, freeze dryers, spray dryers, boilers, chillers, make-up air units, HVAC systems, air compressors, backup generators, and blenders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the efficient operation of plant equipment.
• Conduct regular troubleshooting and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Install and maintain plant floor mechanical and electrical systems.

Work Environment

The role requires the ability to sit or stand and move about the facility regularly. You will be exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes, heat, and odors. The production environment is not temperature controlled, so exposure to both hot and cold working conditions is to be expected. The expected schedule is 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Franklin, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $75000.00 / yr.

In addition to your base compensation, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus totaling $2,500. This bonus will be paid out in two installments : $1,250 will be paid after three (3) months of employment, and the remaining $1,250 will be paid after six (6) months of employment.
