Understand the entire change process, its workflows, and continual improvements.
Job DescriptionCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation that supports change management processes. This includes developing detailed action plans and tracking data to ensure that all steps are recorded and easily accessible. Regularly update relevant documentation ensuring that any modifications identified through processes are accurately recorded.Provide proactive follow-ups with change requestors, ensuring that agreed-upon changes are incorporated in a timely manner. Work closely with change managers and support related tasks while fostering strong relationships with the incident and problem management teams to ensure seamless operations across all areas.Produce and deliver insightful reports on change initiatives. This involves using dashboards and other data visualization methods to clearly convey the status and impact of these initiatives.Organize and host change management meetings to facilitate the sharing of updates and discussion of strategies among stakeholders. Additionally, the coordinator actively participates in relevant meetings, contributing valuable insights and feedback that support the decision-making process and the overall success of change and release initiatives.Ensure that all applicable policies, procedures, and job aids are updated in a timely manner when necessary to help maintain compliance and relevance, supporting the organization's goals and ensuring that all team members have access to the most current information and guidelines.Produce and deliver test results on continuous improvement initiatives
