Astrion has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Engineer IV to join our team at the Kennedy Space Center (KSC) in Florida supporting the Laboratory Support Services and Operations (LASSO) II contract . Astrion has worked extensively with NASA, KSC resident contractors, the U.S. Space Force and with Commercial Aerospace companies where we operate and maintain a diverse set of laboratories, developmental shops and test facilities that are tailored to the needs of our clients.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific field, plus 5 years of job-related experience or 5 years as an ASNT Non-Destructive Engineer (NDE) Level III. The candidate should possess a current ASNT Level III Certifications in at least 3 NDE methods, preferably with or certifiable to ET / UT and LT. Personnel with RT Level III's should also possess current X and gamma IRRSP certification.
• Position will require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance. US citizenship is required for unescorted access to assigned work area(s). Must be able to successfully pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries.
• Experience with MS Office products.
• Excellent communications and analytical skills; working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs.
