Job Summary :

Reporting to the CFO, The FP&A Lead will play a critical part in delivering financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring strong financial discipline across our multi-location operations.

The FP&A Lead will be responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical skills, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to partner with leadership across the company.

Duties / Responsibilities :

Financial Forecasting & Budgeting

• Lead development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts across all locations and business units.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align financial targets with operational goals.

Provide data-driven recommendations to improve profitability, efficiency, and growth
