Texas Licensed Enrollment Specialist

A company is looking for an Enrollment and Billing Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee data integrity of member enrollment records and remittance files

Provide support for the eligibility load process and resolve related issues

Research and correct errors in membership and primary care physician data

Required Qualifications

Ability to work scheduled shifts from Sunday to Saturday, 7am to 8pm EST

Experience working in a team environment

Proficiency in MS Office

Ability to maintain quality and production standards as per regulations

Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as required
