Summary : A proficient Nurse in the Emergency and various clinical environments who practices independently and has a keen awareness of all relevant aspects of patient care. This role is vital in delivering both routine and complex care aligned with patient treatment plans while adapting to the dynamic challenges of clinical nursing. The Nurse will effectively delegate responsibilities to optimize patient care.

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols, monitoring patient responses and effectiveness.
• Accurately document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Assess learning needs and educate patients, their families, and caregivers about their care and available resources.
