Job description

A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager to enhance client experiences through effective operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain Customer Success systems, project management tools, and delivery trackers for client communication

Create and manage a Customer Health Score framework and automate reporting dashboards for insights on client satisfaction

Audit and optimize the content delivery process to improve efficiency and collaboration across teams

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Creative Operations, or Marketing Operations

Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Zapier, and Google Workspace

Ability to design scalable workflows and visualize complex data

Experience in a marketing agency or content-driven organization

Strong collaboration skills to translate creative needs into operational systems
