Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is crucial in providing high-quality nursing care to residents across different age groups in long-term care settings. Under the guidance of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician, the LPN utilizes their nursing knowledge and skills to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of residents as outlined in their care plans. You will leverage your ability to assess residents' conditions, perform necessary tests, and deliver appropriate care.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Documenting interactions and care outcomes accurately.
• Working collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Providing counseling to residents and their families regarding prevention and treatment plans.
• Participating in resident education to foster self-care.
• Performing additional duties as required.
