Making sure information has been entered correctly. Gets copy of insurance card. Collects Monies when required. Making sure follow up appointments have been scheduled. Initial audit. Schedule Patients- Appointments are made correctly and are communicated correctly Medical Records- Makes sure all records and consents are completed Calling patients with insurance estimates and if necessary / verifying insurance benefits Completing data reporting in a timely manner, handling incoming / outgoing phone calls. Treatment Plans / Charges- Present treatment plans efficiently and effectively. Have high ability to close cases. Is able to accurately answer insurance / finance questions pertaining to the treatment plan. Powered by JazzHR

We're in search for a motivated and outgoing Treatment Coordinator for our team.
This individual will need to be able to communicate effectively, be a fast learner, and have great customer service.
The perfect candidate should have knowledge of Orthodontics and possess the ability to close treatment cases. Requirements :
- One or more years of dental office experience Bilingual is required Must be able to communicate face to face, through email, and phone Must be team-oriented and willing to collaborate with others.
- Must have a patient first philosophy.
Ability to treatment plan and go over the plan with patient at the end of their visit. One Saturday a month Benefits :
