Job Description

Lead high-end residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish. Manage budgets, schedules, vendors, and teams while delivering top-tier results.

Responsibilities :

Oversee planning, execution, and completion of luxury projects

Manage budgets, schedules, and contracts

Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams

Ensure compliance with safety and building codes

Deliver projects that exceed client expectations

Qualifications

5+ years commercial construction project management experience

Experience with large-scale residential or commercial projects

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and contract management

PMP or other relevant certifications a plus
