Job description

Regional Community Impact Manager

The Regional Community Impact Manager supports the Community Development department by driving regional community and business impact through the execution of financial education and empowerment initiatives. This role works in partnership with the Community Development Relationship Manager and is responsible for implementing programs that align with CRA goals, fostering partnerships, and delivering measurable outcomes. The position emphasizes collaboration, program execution, and data-informed reporting to support economic mobility in low-to-moderate-income communities.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Execute regional financial education and empowerment programs in collaboration with Community Development Relationship Managers and business segment leaders.
  • Coordinate with community partners (e.g., schools, older adult agencies, housing agencies, small business organizations) to deliver impactful large-scale financial education initiatives.
  • Lead hands-on program delivery.
  • Oversee programming logistics and colleague engagement.
  • Support coordination of colleague volunteer initiatives.
  • Support CRA-aligned outreach by managing event logistics, colleague engagement, and documentation.
  • Track and report program outcomes, including participation metrics, community impact, and CRA qualification data and event queue clearance.
  • Prepare visual reports and presentations for internal stakeholders & senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and CRA-related documentation standards.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in community development, financial education, or related field.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of CRA requirements and community engagement best practices.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively.
  • Experience in program execution and outcome measurement preferred.
  • Must be able to travel and work flexible hours including some overnight stays and Saturdays.

    Compensation Range : $57,000 - $113,000 Annual Salary

    The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
