Key Responsibilities :
- Provide on-demand assistance to all users of computer systems and software in their daily operations.
- Utilize your extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365, Windows 10, and network technologies to assist end users effectively.
- Apply your familiarity with remote access technologies (such as Terminal Services and VPN) and legal-specific applications to enhance user experience.
- Employ strong problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle technical challenges proactively.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and collaborate successfully with personnel across all levels in a team-oriented environment.
- Manage your responsibilities with excellent organizational skills while thriving in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications :
3 years of relevant IT experience is required.An Associate's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficient command of the English language and a solid grasp of standard grammar rules.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is essential.Taft offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, 401K, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, bonuses, and more. The hourly wage for this position ranges from $32.14 to $38.46, and actual compensation will vary based on experience, education, and skill level.
