Key Responsibilities :
- Implement physician orders and administer medications with precision.
- Start IVs, perform treatments, and document care as per company policies and regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions effectively.
- Assess and evaluate patients' needs, ensuring tailored responses to the care provided.
- Apply sound nursing judgment in decision-making for patient care management.
- Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Collaborate with nursing team members to develop comprehensive Care Plans for all patients.
- Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.
Minimum Qualifications :
Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree.Valid Registered Nurse license in New York State.Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).1-3 years of clinical RN experience, preferably in Med-Surg or Progressive Care settings.Exceptional communication, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills.Familiarity with quality improvement concepts and problem-solving techniques.Salary Range : $76,396.32 - $126,730.61 annually
