Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders and administer medications with precision.
• Start IVs, perform treatments, and document care as per company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions effectively.
• Assess and evaluate patients' needs, ensuring tailored responses to the care provided.
• Apply sound nursing judgment in decision-making for patient care management.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Collaborate with nursing team members to develop comprehensive Care Plans for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.

Minimum Qualifications :

Salary Range : $76,396.32 - $126,730.61 annually
