Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Proposal Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team! This exciting position will assist with the coordination and management of qualifications and marketing proposals. In this role you will collaborate with the Proposal Manager to develop standout proposals, gathering key content, ensuring submission requirements are met, and packaging professional, high-impact materials from start to finish. This ensures alignment with team operations and supports effective communication across departments.

Responsibilities :

• Knowledge of procurement and RFP / SOQ processes.
• Strong interpersonal / communication skills and experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate and manage the marketing process, all pursuits from start to finish.
• Assist with maintaining and updating corporate firm information for use in Firm Qualifications.
• Schedules and facilitates proposal kick-off meeting, compiles, and distributes meeting notes, action items, and review comments from all proposal meetings.
• Ability to provide follow up on submitted opportunities.
• Coordinate with subconsultants as needed.
• Maintain and update Unanet / Cosential (CRM) which includes, opportunities and qualifications.
• Special Project Assignments as directed by Proposal Manager.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proofs and edits technical and non-technical documents for accuracy and consistency.
