Job description

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Patterns LLC to find a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) in Lebanon, New Hampshire, 03756!

Pay Information

$30 to $50 per hour

About The Position

The occupational therapist evaluates and treats assigned patients referred to Occupational Therapy by their physician. Provides supervision to COTA staff in absence of staff OT.

  • Responsible for the evaluation of all patients referred to Occupational Therapy.
  • Practices Occupational Therapy consistent with the American Occupational Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
  • Maintains a patient treatment schedule consistent with the needs of the department and the patient.
  • Responsible for the preparation and submitting of department reports, ensuring confidentiality of all records, including : Evaluation reports / summaries, discharge reports / summaries, and current progress notes on all patients with the assigned area.

THIS NEED IS FIRMLY TEMP TO PERM.  DO NOT UPLOAD A TRAVELER TO THIS NEED WHO WILL NOT GO PERM AT CLIENT FACILITY AFTER ASSIGNMENT.

  • 3+ years CURRENT OT experience - Required
  • EPIC EMR experience - REQUIRED
  • Travel experience - Preferred
  • SHIFT ACCOMMODATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED (Block scheduling, etc)
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY!  Tech may be the only person on during shift
  • Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need.

  • Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
  • 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
  • License / Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile
