About the Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Processor to support loan processing and documentation for a high-volume mortgage services team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with growth potential. Ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, timelines, and ensuring accurate loan documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process mortgage loan files for completeness and compliance
• Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, verified, and properly filed
• Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and third parties to obtain or clarify information
• Update loan status and case information in internal systems
• Track and manage deadlines to meet processing milestones
• Maintain accurate records in line with company and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in mortgage processing, loan administration, or financial services
• Strong typing and data entry skills (60+ WPM preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment

Additional Details:

• Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Interview Process: One in-person interview (30–60 minutes); fast decision turnaround
