Job Description: This opportunity is for a self-driven and motivated Physical Therapy Aide looking to gain new experience and searching for a challenging start to his or her career. We are hiring in Glendale & Briarwood facilities. The ideal candidate MUST have a desire to enter the physical therapy profession.

Responsibilities: Patient Interaction & Exercise Assistance

Assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises safely, effectively, and with purpose.

Ensure patients understand the "why" behind every movement.

Be present, engaged, and empathetic to help patients feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Collaboration with Clinical Team

Work closely with Physical Therapists to execute treatment plans and gather insights.

Communicate observations and patient feedback to guide care.

Act not as a helper—but as an essential teammate in each patient's rehabilitation journey.

Safety & Equipment Management

Apply and remove hot/cold packs safely and responsibly; safety is non-negotiable.

Maintain, clean, and organize gym equipment, treatment areas, and supplies.

Ensure the clinic is always ready to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Documentation & Flow Sheet Management

Manage patient flow sheets accurately from evaluation through discharge.

Support timely and precise documentation for clinical and billing purposes.

Facility Upkeep & Operational Excellence

Lead daily opening and closing duties to keep the clinic clean, professional, and welcoming.

Take ownership of cleanliness, organization, and readiness — because first impressions matter.

Culture & Communication

Represent our brand both inside and outside the clinic with professionalism and integrity.
