The company has three core divisions : Supplies (Discount School Supply and Really Good Stuff), Equipment (Children's Factory, Angeles, and Steffy Wood Products), and Services (Educational Products, Inc., ChildCare Education Institute, and Frog Street).

The Marketing Brand Manager will create, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for multiple Excelligence product brands specifically Discount School Supply, balancing both high-level brand identity and voice with category and product level initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with the Merchandising, Product Development, and Sales teams to ensure the right seasonal and annual advertising mix reaches customers across all print and digital platforms.

Working in partnership with the Creative Services team , the Marketing Brand Manager will oversee the planning, requesting, execution, and distribution of design materials across all channels, and will track performance to measure effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented marketer who understands how to bring personality and voice to brand messaging while managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure successful campaign execution.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (email, digital, social, print, and direct marketing).
• Ability to develop and maintain brand voice and translate it into engaging messaging.
• Experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking .
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills for working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product Development, Sales, and Creative Services .
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, campaign dashboards, etc.) and ability to draw insights.
• Knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar).
• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute to content development and storytelling .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to optimize campaigns for ROI .
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment .
