Key Responsibilities
Manage two process analysts and support them with process workflow configurations
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Define system workflows and integration schemes to enhance process efficiency
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3-5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst in a technology-driven environment
Strong process decomposition skills and ability to write clear technical specifications
Hands-on experience with business rules engines, decision modeling, and workflow configuration
Proficiency in process modeling using UML / BPMN notations
Experience with API protocols (SOAP / REST / gRPC) and system integrations
