Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service while managing high volume incoming calls
Act as a patient advocate to resolve issues promptly via telephone
Perform accurate registration interviews and verify insurance information
Required Qualifications
1 year of data entry experience - Required
2 years of clerical / customer service experience, preferably in healthcare - Preferred
1 year of experience with third-party payors and data input - Preferred
1 year of call center experience - Preferred
High School Diploma or GED equivalent - Required
