About The Position

Hospital : Memorial Health University Medical Center Location : Savannah, GA Address : 4700 Waters Ave. Unit : NICU (Neonatal) RRT Building : General Information Unit Specifics : Number of Beds : Patient Ratios : Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Type of equipment : Servo U & Drager VN500, F&P Bubble CPAP, HFOV, HFJV, Vaportherm, & heliox therapy. Documentation system : Epic Scheduling requirements : 7PM 12 hr shift Floating policy : Patient Experience requirements : 1+ years Neonatal ICU or PICU Critical Care experience Hospital Specifics- Certifications : PALS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set : Must have : 1+ year Neonatal or PICU Critical Care experience Advanced skills needed : Procedures performed on unit : Must be able to independently admit and manage vented patients in Peds ICU using Servo U ventilator. Also, setup and manage heliox therapy though invasive and non-invasive measures. Familiar with non-invasive ventilation including use of biPAP and CPAP. Neonatal skills to include Bubble CPAP, and, use of nitric oxide, and high frequency ventilation.
