Job descriptionInstall floor and wall tiles in commercial restaurant settings according to design specifications and industry standards. Prepare work areas, including demolition, surface cleaning, leveling, and layout planning. Cut and shape tiles using appropriate tools and techniques. Work efficiently as part of a 2-3 person crew , maintaining a collaborative and safety-conscious environment. Conduct overnight shifts reliably, often after restaurant closing hours. Perform light handyman tasks as needed, including patching, caulking, and minor repairs. Ensure clean-up and site restoration is completed each shift. 2+ years of experience in commercial tile installation required. Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to a fast-paced schedule. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Comfortable working in occupied spaces with minimal disruption to client operations. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Handyman or general maintenance experience is a plus. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and work on hands and knees for extended periods. Experience working in restaurant or retail environments. Familiarity with waterproofing systems, self-leveling compounds, and various tile materials (ceramic, porcelain, etc.).
