Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) School-Based (Contract)
Location: Near San Jos, CA

About the Role:
Soliant is hiring a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 behavioral support in a school-based setting in the San Jos, CA area. You will implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help students reach their learning and behavioral goals.

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Completion of a 40-hour RBT training program followed by a competency assessment.

• Criminal background check (California employers typically require Live Scan fingerprinting).

• Ability to work under BCBA supervision and collect/track behavior data.

• Experience working with school-aged children or students with behavioral needs (preferred).

California-Specific Notes:

• There is no state-level behavior-analyst license required for RBTs in California BACB certification is sufficient.

• Many California school districts require Live Scan fingerprinting and DOJ/FBI background checks before employment.

• Ongoing BCBA supervision is required to maintain RBT certification per BACB standards.
