Process Analyst to join our team in
Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for Payroll, Finance, and Benefits processes across our LATAM (Argentina, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru) and Canada Human Resources Service Center operations. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish and a background in process analysis and technical writing.
Key Responsibilities: - Support Human Resources Service Center processes for LATAM and Canada.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for:
- Payroll processes: new hires, terminations, timekeeping, deductions, garnishments, tax filings, and year-end processing.
- Finance processes: accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, month-end close, and reporting.
- Benefits administration: enrollment, changes, vendor management, and compliance.
- Create user-friendly policies, procedures, training manuals, flowcharts, and user guides.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and version-controlled documentation.
- Organize and manage content within the designated knowledge management system.
- Ensure all materials comply with internal standards, industry best practices, and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across various regions and functions.
Required Skills: - Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong written communication and technical documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Effective time management and task prioritization.
- Proactive, independent, and adaptable under pressure.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness; able to work with global teams.
Desired Qualifications: - Prior experience with Payroll, Accounting, or Benefits processes.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Business Banking is a plus.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
