St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates, P.C., is seeking additional full time OB / GYN physicians to join its established and respected team, Samaritan OB / GYN, for immediate placement. This highly regarded group of physicians offers excellent colleagues and staff, an established patient base, and modern and easily accessible locations in Troy, Latham, East Greenbush, Cohoes, and Clifton Park, NY. This position would have the option of working out of either the Latham or Troy outpatient office. This team performs deliveries and surgeries at the recently remodeled Burdett Birth Center at Samaritan Hospital and have the option to deliver high risk patients at St. Peter’s Hospital.

REQUIREMENTS
Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Applicants should have interest in practicing a mix of obstetrics & gynecology, including surgery
Applicants should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented
New and recent grads are encouraged to apply.
RECRUITMENT PACKAGE :
Starting compensation is between $325,000 and $350,000. The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
Bonus payout as follows : $50k starting bonus, $25k retention bonus in Year 2, and $25k retention bonus in Year 3.
