Primary Responsibilities :
Ensure technicians are fulfilling their assigned roles and maintaining excellent inter / intradepartmental and client communication.Delegate daily technician responsibilities and roles to optimize department efficiency and workflow; ensure fair distribution of tasks and lunch coverage.Monitor department flow and processes to support optimal patient and client care; engage with doctors for real-time feedback.Maintain and update SOPs at least semiannually; assist in creating and implementing new protocols and policies in collaboration with supervisors / managers.Oversee technician training and development, including onboarding, ongoing education, and leveling based on skill sets.Contribute to 90-day and annual performance reviews for Internal Medicine technicians.Ensure compliance with all department policies and procedures.Communicate departmental staffing needs to the Supervisor and coordinate interdepartmental support when needed.Support equipment maintenance and repair efforts.Be capable of performing all technician duties within the department.Schedule :
