We’re looking to hire driven, energetic sales professionals to help us expand our reach and impact. About the Role As a Remote Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving ForgeFit’s growth by reaching out to potential clients, responding to inbound inquiries, and guiding gym owners, fitness directors, and facility managers through the buying process.
Your focus will be on identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals, all from the comfort of your home office. What You’ll Do Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to warm leads Conduct virtual consultations with prospects via phone, video, and email Educate potential customers on ForgeFit’s product offerings and value Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and close sales Collaborate with fulfillment and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets What We’re Looking For 1+ years of inside sales or customer-facing experience (B2B or fitness / health-related a plus) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with outbound outreach and closing sales virtually Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized Passion for fitness or knowledge of gym equipment is a bonus What We Offer Competitive base pay + commission (uncapped earning potential) Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off 100% remote work with a collaborative and supportive team Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing product training Opportunities for professional development and advancement A chance to represent a brand that delivers real value to its customers Ready to help gyms get stronger with ForgeFit?
