Position Overview

HouseMax Funding is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Loan Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will process a variety of real estate loan products set up files for underwriting coordinate loans through the processing stage and engage borrowers to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities

Process Multiple Loan Products :

• Handle all aspects of processing for HouseMax Fundings loan products including DSCR and Bridge (Fix & Flip Ground-Up Construction). Average file load of 20 to 25 each month

File Setup for Underwriting :

Coordinate Loan Processing :
