At Sunrise, our commitment to ethical treatment is the heartbeat of our mission. Sunrise ABA opened its doors in 2021 with the goal of providing ethical care while embracing a new-age culture. We provide center-based and in-home ABA therapy across California, Oregon, Washington, and Tennessee.
The Floater (In-Home Support) is responsible for providing direct ABA therapy to clients in their homes, ensuring continuity of care and high-quality service delivery. This role supports clinical operations by filling in coverage gaps, assisting with multiple clients or households as needed, and maintaining adherence to treatment plans and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver direct ABA therapy according to client-specific treatment plans
- Implement programs, collect data, and follow behavioral protocols with fidelity
- Provide coverage for sessions as needed across locations
- Communicate professionally with families, supervisors, and clinical staff
- Maintain a safe, ethical, and professional environment in all client homes
Qualifications / Skills :
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's / Bachelor's preferredExperience in ABA, home-based care, or working with clients with developmental disabilities preferredStrong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and adapt to multiple home environmentSpanish language skills are highly preferred – ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and families is a strong asset.Working Conditions :

Pay Rate
