The Opportunity : As a dedicated Liquidity Strategy Analyst Senior - Data Quality Control, you will develop, implement and monitor capital and liquidity management strategies at the enterprise and line of business levels, applying broad enterprise knowledge and experienced knowledge of the financial services industry, regulatory requirements, rating agency requirements, risk management and financial planning. Implements complex capital, liquidity and financial initiatives and directs cross-functional teams in the implementation of business solutions that ensure USAA's ongoing financial strength. Communicates capital and liquidity analysis and reporting to governance committees, senior management, regulatory bodies and the USAA Board of Directors.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations : San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Charlotte, NC. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
What You'll Do :
What You Have :
Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree. 6 years of related experience in Finance, Risk Management, Treasury, Capital and Liquidity Management and / or Accounting. Subject matter authority knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel. Shown ability to effectively influence and build cross-functional relationships with employees of various levels throughout the organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and present executive-level presentations. Ability to effectively work with both internal and external partners.
Confirmed experience in data analysis, including proficiency in SQL or other coding languages. Experience with retail banking products, services, and operations. Experience in developing and implementing data quality control processes. Experience with secured borrowing programs. Experience in Liquidity Management within the financial services industry Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Designation. Master's degree in business, Finance, Mathematics, or other related field. US military experience through military service or a military.
Compensation Range :
The salary range for this position is : $114,080.00 - $218,030.00.

You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location. Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
