We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Centerless Grinder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining centerless grinding machines to meet our high-quality standards. This role is integral to our manufacturing process and requires a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about precision and accuracy. The Centerless Grinder will work closely with our production team to ensure that all specifications are met and that our products are of the highest quality.

Responsibilities :

1. Set-up and operate centerless grinding machines in accordance with the production schedule and manufacturing plans.

2. Inspect parts for conformance with specifications using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

3. Adjust machine controls and change tool settings in order to keep dimensions within specified tolerances.

4. Monitor machine operations to detect any problems or malfunctions and report any issues to the supervisor immediately.

5. Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications :

1. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Technical or vocational training in machine operation or a related field is preferred.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a centerless grinding role within a manufacturing environment.

3. Proficiency in setting up and operating centerless grinding machines.

4. Strong understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and precision measurement tools.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
