PB / HB Underpayments

Job Summary Manages the technical and / or professional revenue cycle. Oversees daily operations of billing, collection and payment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously improves revenue cycle while enhancing service to patients and optimizing relationships with business partners and vendors.
• Ensures staff adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Measures and reports ongoing financial and operational performance.
• Identifies trends and implements preventive and / or recovery programs.
• Audits accounts and implements or recommends appropriate action.
• Receives and responds to special requests and resolves complex problems.
