Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for growth and strategy? The Director of Acquisitions (Sales and Marketing) plays a key role in driving our company’s success by leading innovative sales and marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll craft and execute strategies that fuel revenue growth, boost brand visibility, and expand our reach in the market.
You’ll oversee sales operations, marketing campaigns, customer relationships, and strategic partnerships, all while ensuring every initiative supports our overall business goals.
Compensation : $120,000
Responsibilities : Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that meets or exceeds revenue targets.
- Manage, coach, and develop the sales and marketing team, setting clear performance goals and providing ongoing training.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to the executive team with actionable insights.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and conduct quarterly business reviews with the sales team to track progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust strategy.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and corporate communications to ensure consistency and alignment with company values.Manage market research initiatives to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.Plan and execute marketing events, workshops, and seminars that generate leads and enhance community presence.Develop content and promotional strategies to support lead generation and customer engagement.Ensures vendor performance meets contractual obligations and organizational standards.Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with executive leadership to align sales and marketing initiatives with business goals.Work closely with finance to manage department budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track ROI across campaigns and initiatives.Performance & Analytics
Provide regular performance reports to executive leadership.Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns, messaging, and sales tactics for maximum effectiveness.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).7–10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and analytics tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into Ability to travel locally to meet with clients in various settings.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams.High ethical standards and integrity.About Company
