Description\n\nCertified Nursing Assistant – Medical Surgical Unit at Providence Hood River Memorial Center. This posting represents a .6 FTE, night shift opening (7pm-7 : 30am, 2, 12 hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends.\n\nExtra Incentives : \n

• Contribute to a high functioning team\n
• Assist RN with admissions, discharges, and transfers\n
• Measure and record vital signs, output, and weights\n
• Collect specimens and perform fingerstick capillary blood tests\n
• Assist with client mobility and transfers, using lifts and safe patient handling devices\n

• Other duties as assigned\n\nThe Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care under the supervision and direction of an RN, utilizing the care plan.
