The target salary range for this position is $110,611 – $145,132. The salary offered is commensurate with experience and reflects internal comparisons. Salaries are just one component of LCHRI’s total compensation package. LCHRI is committed to supporting our staff’s physical, emotional, and financial well‑being through a robust benefits package for you, eligible dependents, and domestic partners. As of September 1, 2025, the first phase requires staff members to work in person from the office at least 2 days per month; as of January 1, 2026, the second phase requires at least 1 day per week or 4 days per month; the final phase will begin on April 1, 2026, requiring at least 2 days per week or 8 days per month.
