We are looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to join our client's team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and expertise in financial processes and reporting. As part of the role, you will ensure compliance with accounting standards while managing financial data and documentation.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate financial reports in compliance with GAAP accounting standards.
• Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients.
• Manage budgeting activities, including forecasting and monitoring expenditures.
• Calculate payments and verify financial transactions to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain organized documentation to support client audits and internal reviews.
• Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection and address discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial processes align with organizational goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in GAAP accounting principles and practices.
• Strong skills in budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial tools.
• Experience with invoicing and payment calculations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
