Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Provide general and restorative dentistry while ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Ensure proper use and functioning of dental equipment
- Collaborate with other providers and team members on complex cases
- Refer internally to dental specialists and oral surgeons when appropriate
- Support and guide dental assistants assigned to you
- Provide clinical input on practice decisions, equipment purchases, and service expansion
- Model practice values and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
- Participate in practice meetings, operational planning, and growth initiatives
- Engage in patient acquisition, marketing, and referral development to support practice growth
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Valid Missouri dental license and malpractice coverage
- Proficiency in a wide range of general dentistry procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- New graduates with exceptional skills encouraged to apply
