Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Provide general and restorative dentistry while ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Ensure proper use and functioning of dental equipment
• Collaborate with other providers and team members on complex cases
• Refer internally to dental specialists and oral surgeons when appropriate
• Support and guide dental assistants assigned to you
• Provide clinical input on practice decisions, equipment purchases, and service expansion
• Model practice values and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
• Participate in practice meetings, operational planning, and growth initiatives
• Engage in patient acquisition, marketing, and referral development to support practice growth

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Valid Missouri dental license and malpractice coverage
• Proficiency in a wide range of general dentistry procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• New graduates with exceptional skills encouraged to apply
