As a Customer Experience Specialist I, you'll be the guiding voice for customers as they journey through the loan origination process. You'll operate at the heart of our call center, serving as a trusted point of contact from application to closing.

What You'll Do

• Be a customer success advocate in a dynamic call center environment
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and texts with empathy and precision
• Manage a pipeline of up to 75 loans, ensuring each customer feels supported and informed
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout their mortgage journey
• Respond to 30+ calls per day, often engaging with the same customer multiple times to build trust
• Perform data entry, validation, and routine communications with internal teams and third parties
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and expedite processing
• Conduct basic research to provide accurate, timely responses to customer inquiries
• Escalate complex issues to associates or supervisors when needed
• Uphold production and quality standards while following established policies

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
