Position Title : Licensed Practical Nurse

Position Reports To : Nurse Manager

Position Summary : As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will deliver high-quality nursing care under the direction of our Nurse Manager, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible treatment in a cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities :

• Foster a professional and respectful atmosphere in all interactions with clients, their families, and colleagues.
• Support the agency's operations by adhering to established policies and standards of conduct.
• Assist clients in following their prescribed care plans effectively.
• Administer medications according to policy and procedure.
• Monitor clients for signs of intoxication and report to Nurse Manager as needed.
• Document and maintain comprehensive client medical records, complying with institutional and regulatory mandates.
• Provide supportive or restorative care under the guidance of the registered professional nurse.
• Model exemplary behavior for staff and clients.
• Engage in ongoing training, education programs, and mandatory in-service meetings.
• Participate in committees and professional development seminars.
