Experienced Residential HVAC Install and Service Technicians

Full-time position available 40 – 50 Hours per week.

Pay : $30.00 - $50.00 per hour + Sign on bonus after 6 months of being employed

Primary Position Responsibilities and requirements include :

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment
• Troubleshooting control circuits
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults on HVAC systems
• Complete Service calls and Planned Maintenance as assigned
• Maintain vehicle inventory
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently during on call rotation
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, and controls
• Valid driver's license

Education : Must have a clean valid driver's license, Maine gas license and EPA certificate.

• Completion of an HVAC training program at a vocational school or apprenticeship
• Universal 608 certification
• Gas License
• Oil License not required but would be a plus
• 5-10 years of prior experience preferred

• Monday to Friday
• On call rotation
